IEP Analysis and Consultation

Package Includes:

  • Review of current IEP documents

  • Analysis of goals, services, accommodations, and areas of concern

  • 60-minute parent consultation

  • Guidance on questions to ask and how to advocate effectively

Investment: $250.00 flat fee

A comprehensive review of your child’s IEP followed by a consultation to help you understand the document, identify questions, and prepare for next steps.

IEP Meeting Preparation & Support

Package Includes:

  • Review of current IEP documents

  • Analysis of goals, services, accommodations, and areas of concern

  • Parent preparation consultation

  • Attendance at one IEP meeting (up to 90 minutes)

  • Follow up consultation

Investment: $400.00 flat fee

Support before, during, and after your child’s IEP meeting so you can participate confidently and feel prepared.

Parent Advocacy Consultation

For families who need guidance understanding the special education process, reviewing concerns, or determining next steps.

Package Includes:

  • 60-minute consultation

  • Guidance specific to your child’s situation

Investment: $125.00 flat fee

School Placement Consultation

Choosing the right educational placement can feel overwhelming, especially when your child has complex behavioral, communication, or learning needs. As both a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and educational advocate, I provide independent consultation to help families evaluate whether a proposed program is an appropriate fit for their child.

Services may include:

  • Review of your child's IEP, evaluations, and relevant educational records

  • Parent consultation to identify your child's strengths, needs, and priorities

  • Home or community observation, when appropriate

  • Attendance at out-of-district school tours or program visits

  • Consultation with school staff during placement visits

  • Evaluation of behavioral supports, classroom structure, staffing, communication systems, and educational programming

  • Discussion of the strengths and considerations of each placement

  • Follow-up consultation to help families make informed decisions

Investment: $150 per hour
